After catching the next flight out to Westguard Keep talk to Bombardier Petrov. The image above shows where the the quest giver Bombardier Petrov is located. (See the Red Square with the Blue Exclamation mark on the lower left side). This area is called the Westguard Keep. Bombardier Petrov gives the daily quest Break The Blockade. This quest should give you 125-175 Alliance Vanguard Reputation points. Exalted Alliance Vanguard Reputation is needed to get Schematic: Mekgineer's Chopper. The Mekgineers Chopper can be sold in the auction house for a profit of 1000 to 5000 wow gold.
FYI: After you get high enough level stop waiting for the flying ship to pick you up. Just fly over to the nearest pirate ship, land, and just wipe the mobs out as they re-spawn quickly. Low 80s should work.
