Bank Alt - Bank Toon - Wow Auction House - Gold Farming Guide - Stormwind City

Hi. My name is Candrena. I am the Bank Toon for WowFarmer.org.  A Bank Toon is also known as a bank alt. A Bank Toon is a wow toon that never leaves the vicinity of the Guild Bank, the Auction House and the MailBox. You might be asking, "Is a Bank Toon really necessary to make wow gold in World of Warcraft?" A Bank Toon is not necessary, but it sure makes wow farming and making  wow gold from the Auction House (AH) easier.

Here is a good reason why: Its one thing to make wow gold with one toon, but you can make much more gold if you create ten wow toons and put them all in the same guild. Designate one wow toon to be your Bank Toon and then strategically place the other nine wow toons all around Azeroth. After you place the nine toons in your favorite farming spots you can farm those wow zones for the different materials (Matts) needed in order to make the high demand items that sell for gold in the AH. After farming the matts just mail those matts to your Bank Toon. This will save you the time it would take for each wow toon to travel to the nearest Auction House.

There are many different types of matts that sell for large sums of wow gold. My favorite is Essence of Air.  Essence of Air sells upwards of 100 wow gold per essence on my server. If you park a wow toon at Cenarion Hold, all you have to do is login with that wow toon once a day and farm the Dust Stormer's for one hour. This should yield 8-10 Essence of Air and these essence's should sell for 500-1000 wow gold on most servers. If you do the math thats 15,000 to 30,000 wow gold per month.

The reason essence of air sells for 100 wow gold is because Cataclyism encourages the creation of Hunters. Hunters need high agility. Essence of Air is used to create Scroll of Weapon Enchant - Agility. This scroll sells upwards of 500 wow gold on my server.

I have my bank alt park in Stormwind City. I like parking in Stormwind City beocuse that is one of the citys in Azeroth that has the most players online, and I like to make a "Lil' Timmy Run" in the The Canals to pick up the white kitten.

Mageroyal - Wow Herb -Redridge Mountains - Eastern Kingdoms - Wow Farming Guide

A good place to farm Mageroyal herb is Redridge Mountains in the Eastern Kingdoms continent. If you have flying and Cataclysm you should be able to farm 1-3 stacks of this wow herb in one hour. This wow zone is also a good place to farm silver ore, tin ore, copper ore, briarthorn herb, bruiseweed herb, and earthroot herb.

A good place to farm Bruiseweed herb is Redridge Mountains in the Eastern Kingdoms continent. If you have flying and Cataclysm you should be able to farm 2-3 stacks of this wow herb in one hour. This wow zone is also a good place to farm silver ore, tin ore, copper ore, briarthorn herb, mageroyal herb, and earthroot herb.

A good place to farm Briarthorn herb is Redridge Mountains in the Eastern Kingdoms continent. If you have flying and Cataclysm you should be able to farm 2-3 stacks of this wow herb in one hour. This wow zone is also a good place to farm silver ore, tin ore, copper ore, bruiseweed herb, mageroyal herb, and earthroot herb.

The best addon to use for wow herbalism is Gathermate2. If you use Gathermate2_Data you will be able to see all the herb node locations for all the herbs in wow.

Redridge Mountains - Eastern Kingdoms - Wow Map Zones

Redridge Mountains is a good wow zone for low level toons to make some wow gold from wow farming. Redridge Mountains is on the Eastern Kingdoms continent. This wow map zone has 4 wow herb nodes and 3 wow ore nodes that can be farmed and resold on the wow Auction House.

The wow herbs that can be farmed are:

1. Briarthorn
2. Bruiseweed
3. Mageroyal
4. Earthroot

The wow ore nodes that can be farmed in Redridge Mountains are:

1. Copper Ore
2. Tin Ore
3. Silver Ore

Tin Ore - Redridge Mountains - Eastern Kingdoms - Good Place To Farm

A good place to farm tin ore is Redridge Mountains in the Eastern Kingdoms continent. If you have flying and Cataclysm you should be able to farm 3-5 stacks of tin ore in one hour. This wow zone is also a good place to farm silver ore, copper ore, briarthorn herb, bruiseweed herb, mageroyal herb, and earthroot herb.

Copper Ore - Wow Mining - Redridge Mountains - Wow Map Zones

Redridge Mountains is a good place to farm Copper Ore. A stack of copper ore goes for 50 silver to 5 wow gold in the auction house. Farming copper ore is a good way for low level toons to make some gold. Not to mention the xp you can get from the mining profession.

Get Wow Gold - Wow Mining - Wow Fishing - Wow Ore - Uldum Wow Map

I had a really good weekend farming wow gold in Uldum. I averaged over 3000 wow gold per day. There are all kinds of great items in Uldum that can be sold to get wow gold from the auction house.

• Elementium
• Murglesnout
• Deepsea Sagefish
• Fathom Eel
• Blackbelly Mudfish
• Lavascale Catfish

Pyrite Ore - Wow Ore - Uldum - Kalimdor - Wow Zones - Get Wow Gold

The second best place to farm Pyrite Ore from is Uldum. In one hour you should be able to get 1 to 3 stacks of  pyrite ore, depending on how many competing wow ore miners you are up against. One stack of this wow ore averages between 50-200 wow gold from the auction house. If you smelt this into Pyrium Bar one stack can get you 300-600 wow gold from the auction house. Pyrite is a Cataclysm ore deposit, you should plan on lots of competing toons with the mining profession.

The image above shows the nodes I frequently farm. I consider pyrite to be a byproduct of farming Elementium Ore. A very lucrative byproduct.

Murglesnout - Good Place To Farm - Wow Fishing - Uldum - Kalimdor - Wow Zones

Uldum is the second best place to farm Murglesnout. The best way to fish is just pick a spot where you wont aggro any mobs, put on a lure and fish away. The lure I like to use is Aquadynamic Fish Attractor. When I fish I like to do research on my second computer and listen to some music on my Droid X. I will also fish to break the monotony of mining Elementium and Pyrite from Uldum.

In a one hour farm you should be able to get 2-4 stacks of Murglesnout. During this one hour farm you should also get about 5-10 volatile water, 1-2 stacks of Fathom Eel, 1-3 stacks of Deepsea Sagefish. Wow Fishing is a great way to make some extra gold from the auction house.
